Activa identity fraud
We have been informed of fraudulent investment proposals, intended for scam purposes, that misuse the name, address, logo and/or authorization number of licensed management companies.
Fraudsters are impersonating Activa and/or its employees and/or claiming to work for Activa, distributing commercial offers and investment proposals in the name of Activa or its subsidiaries. These offers do not originate from Activa and shall not in any way bind Activa.
To protect yourself against these scams, we invite you to carefully read the information below.
Activa reminds you of the following warning signs, which should alert you:
You do not know the person contacting you;
You are promised high and risk-free returns;
You are asked to make a quick decision;
You are required to make a bank transfer.
More generally, we encourage you to independently contact the company your interlocutor claims to represent, after searching for its contact details yourself (phone number, email and postal address), to verify that the contact is legitimate. You should also be cautious with links you are asked to click.
