Activa's investment project was to support Active Assurances during its strong transformation and development stage, as well as to bring its expertise in external growth transactions.
The Group acquired two businesses in 2019 and 2020, while developing a fast-growing B2B subsidiary to distribute both automotive and health insurance products.
In April 2021, Active Assurances Groupe joined the Meilleurtaux group after three years of strong growth alongside Activa.
