ARCHE MC2 and QUALINEO ANNOUNCE A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Arche MC2, a leading software solution for stakeholders in social services, personal care services and the medico-social care in France, and Qualineo, a software publisher dedicated to quality management and risk control in medico-social and healthcare facilities, announced the conclusion of a strategic partnership. Two leaders, with a shared vision, for a new standard of quality.

Based in Lille, Qualineo has developed a collaborative SaaS platform designed to structure and streamline quality management for organizations in the medico-social, social, and healthcare sectors. The tool, tailored for on-the-ground teams, facilitates audit tracking, action plan management, adverse event reporting and management, complaint and grievance handling, satisfaction surveys, and regulatory compliance monitoring. More than 4,500 facilities are already equipped with Qualineo.

The social and medico-social sectors face growing quality requirements: stricter HAS evaluations, enhanced traceability demands, and persistent workforce pressures. It is against this backdrop that the partnership between Arche MC2 and Qualineo was born. Field data now feeds directly into the quality management process, with no duplicate data entry and no tool switching for teams, ensuring fully integrated quality management.

This partnership has already been proven in practice, with over 300 shared clients representing more than 20,000 daily users. Qualineo nonetheless retains full autonomy and remains accessible to all facilities, regardless of their business software provider. The value of this partnership lies in interoperability, not exclusivity.

For Arche MC2, this collaboration also strengthens the group's position in the residential care segment for elderly and disabled people, while opening new opportunities in adjacent verticals such as clinics, hospitals, medical analysis laboratories, and pharmacies.
