GO! Formations continues its expansion with the acquisition of Quali-Forme!

GO! Formations, a leader in professional training, announces the acquisition of Quali-Forme, an organization based in the Grand Est region specializing in professional training for risk prevention, safety, and equipment operation. This new external growth operation is fully in line with the group's national consolidation strategy.

Since Activa's investment in February 2024, GO! Formations has pursued a targeted acquisition strategy to broaden its geographical reach and expand its training offering. GO! Formations today announces the acquisition of Quali-Forme, marking its seventh external growth operation since 2024.

Quali-Forme was founded in 2008 by Christophe Morvais and Conrad Corneille and is headquartered in Châlons-en-Champagne, in the Grand Est region. With recognized expertise in CACES® certifications, regulatory qualifications, and workplace health and safety training, Quali-Forme has trained more than 3,000 employees across the industrial, construction, and logistics sectors. Through this acquisition, GO! Formations strengthens its presence in the Grand Est region, where it already operates 18 training centers, while consolidating its expertise in CACES® training. Quali-Forme's CEO, Mr. Morvais, retains his operational role and reinvests within the group, ensuring business continuity alongside the teams.
