GO! Formations continues its national growth with the acquisition of Formation Bouquinet

GO! Formations, a multi-regional specialist in professional training, takes a decisive step in its territorial development strategy with the acquisition of Formation Bouquinet. This structuring operation marks a major milestone for the group, which, by integrating a well-established player in Western France, extends its reach and reinforces its ambition to become a nationwide reference in the sector.

Founded in 2013 by François Bouquinet, Formation Bouquinet is a professional training organization recognized for its strong regional presence and operational know-how. Comprising five entities (Action Formation Ouest, B2B Formation, Cifac, Cifac Pro and Formation Bouquinet), the group offers a wide range of technical and regulatory training programs, with a strong specialization in CACES (c.65% of its revenue), as well as Asbestos and CATEC courses.

Driven by steady growth, Formation Bouquinet has become a key player in regulated technical training in Western France. Renowned for the quality of its experienced trainers, the group has gradually built a network of six training centers located in Rennes, Pommeret, Morlaix, Quévert and Saint-Méen-le-Grand. This network will now complement GO! Formations’ 21 existing centers, offering the group the opportunity to create a new hub and strengthen its multi-regional presence. This strategic combination also allows GO! Formations to enrich its training portfolio by leveraging the diverse, high-quality catalog of Formation Bouquinet, while enhancing its high-value regulatory expertise, particularly in the Asbestos and CATEC fields.

As part of this acquisition, François Bouquinet is selling his entire stake and stepping down from the management of the group. Operational continuity will be ensured by Laetitia Pouliquen, current CEO and shareholder of Cifac, whose experience and vision will be key assets in driving a new growth dynamic across Western France.
