Rhetores completes the acquisitions of Couleur Capital and H.A Conseils

The Rhetores Group pursues its external growth momentum and announces the acquisitions of Couleur Capital and H.A. Conseils, two independent firms based in Lyon. These operations mark a new milestone for the Group, which is now expanding its reach into the Rhône-Alpes region, a high-potential area.
Founded in 2005 by Alain Azeroual and in 2011 by Christine Picasso and Thierry Pujervie respectively, H.A. Conseils and Couleur Capital quickly built a strong regional client base, thanks to their reputation and the lasting confidence they inspired among their clients.
This double acquisition, following the takeovers of Athos Patrimoine and OPP, strengthens Rhétores’ ability to offer a premium wealth management service across the entire country. By integrating firms with strong regional identities, the Group continues to pursue its goal of building a nationwide network of excellence.
