Rhetores continues its expansion in the East and in Paris
Sep 22, 2025
Rhétorès Group pursues its external growth strategy with the integration of Traces Patrimoine in Lyon, Perspectives[1] in Paris and Filigrane Patrimoine in the Grand Est Region. These three transactions, bringing the total to seven acquisitions in 2025, illustrate the Group’s momentum and ambition: to build a strong national network dedicated to delivering personalized wealth management advice.
In Lyon, Rhétorès is experiencing strong acceleration: 2025 began with the opening of a local office and the integration of H.A. Conseils and Couleur Capital. The arrival of Traces Patrimoine is fully in line with this development strategy and strengthens the Group’s position in this key economic hub. Founded in 2007 by Philippe Pagnot and Pierre Trillaud, Traces Patrimoine has established itself as a leading player in wealth management advisory in the region.
At the same time, Rhétorès continues to strengthen its historic base in Paris with the integration of Perspectives, founded in 2022 by Renaud Martin and Jean-Philippe Cridlig, former investment bankers. Perspectives reinforces the Group’s Parisian foundation.
In the Grand Est region, Rhétorès Groupe is expanding with the acquisition of Filigrane Patrimoine. This transaction continues the regional development strategy launched at the end of 2024 with the integration of SEGEP Finance, marking a new milestone in the Group’s growth in this region.
These partnerships reflect a strong conviction: excellence in wealth management is built on trust and proximity. Rhétorès Groupe is committed to offering the clients of Traces Patrimoine, Perspectives and Filigrane Patrimoine the same personalized support and attention their founders have always provided.
Philippe Pagnot and Pierre Trillaud, founders of Traces Patrimoine, state:
“After more than fifteen years devoted to developing Traces Patrimoine, we wanted to entrust the future of our firm to a partner who shares our values of proximity and high standards. Joining Rhétorès gives us the assurance that our clients will benefit from enhanced support backed by a strong group.”
Renaud Martin and Jean-Philippe Cridlig, founders of Perspectives, comment:
“When we created Perspectives, our ambition was to provide a tailor-made approach to wealth management. Its integration into Rhétorès is a natural extension of that vision: our clients will benefit from the expertise of a recognized group while maintaining the personal attention that defines our identity.”
Éric Gillet, founder of Filigrane Patrimoine, declares:
“The integration of Filigrane Patrimoine into Rhétorès does not mark an end, but rather an opening toward new opportunities. By joining a group that shares our vision of the profession, we enable our clients to access broader expertise and innovative solutions.”
Stéphane Rudzinski and Grégory Soudjoukdjian, Chairman and CEO of Rhétorès, add:
“These three integrations mark a significant step in our development. They strengthen our positions in Lyon, Paris and the Grand Est region, while preserving the proximity and trust that are at the heart of our approach.”
Christophe Parier and Alexandre Masson, Managing Partners at Activa, conclude:
“Since 2022, Rhétorès has been implementing a clear strategy: bringing together complementary firms around an ambitious project. The integration of Traces Patrimoine, Perspectives and Filigrane Patrimoine illustrates this dynamic and confirms the Group’s ability to grow in a structured way, while respecting its founding values.”
