The Professional Risk Prevention Training Group GO! Formations acquires Forqa Formation

GO! Formations, the regional leader in occupational risk prevention training in the Grand Est region, announces the acquisition of FORQA Formation, marking its third external growth operation following the acquisitions of Gerard Formation and Promoroute Formation.

Founded in 2017 by Romain Jouve and Jauri Plan and based in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, FORQA Formation is a regional reference in CACES and safety training. With three sites located in Auxerre, Sens, and Dijon, the company is renowned for the quality of its services and expertise in professional training.

This strategic acquisition enables GO! Formations to establish a presence in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, extending its geographical coverage beyond the Grand Est while strengthening its expertise in CACES and safety training.

The founders will maintain their operational roles, reinvest in the GO! group, and ensure continuity of activities with their team, while accelerating the development of GO! Formations in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté through both external and organic growth.
