WILLING strengthens its regional footprint with the acquisition of Projexion

Jan 26, 2026

Willing, a specialist in impactful digital transformation, announces the acquisition of Projexion, an independent consulting firm founded in 2010 by Guillaume Denys. Carried out with the support of Activa and Re-Sources, this transaction is fully aligned with Willing’s external growth strategy and aims to significantly expand the Group’s presence in the Hauts-de-France region, particularly around its Lille office, while strengthening the teams of Willing Technologies, the Group’s Tech consulting practice.

Based in Villeneuve-d’Ascq, Projexion is a consulting firm specializing in organizational transformation, combining deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cross-functional project management, transformation governance and data governance, with a pragmatic approach focused on people and organizations. Leveraging proven methodologies, Projexion supports organizations in structuring their information systems, unlocking the value of their data and managing change across a wide range of transformation contexts.

With this new acquisition, Willing continues its strategy of bringing together leading local players to serve regional clients with the most comprehensive technological and human expertise, enabling them to succeed in their transformations, particularly in the context of the data and AI value creation revolution. Projexion contributes key capabilities in data governance, complex project management and IT architecture. Following the transaction, the Lille office will reach nearly 80 employees, confirming its position as the Group’s second strategic hub, after Toulouse.

This transaction is part of the build-up strategy initiated since Activa’s investment in Willing in 2022. Following the acquisitions of SK Consulting and Groupe Altera, Willing continues its strong growth trajectory and moves closer to its ambition of exceeding €50 million in revenue by the end of 2027.

Benjamin Provost, Founder and Chairman of Willing, commented:
“With Projexion, we have chosen a partnership built on shared values and complementary expertise. This integration strengthens our teams in Lille and enhances our value proposition, for the direct benefit of our clients and our people.”

Guillaume Denys, Founder of Projexion, added:
“This partnership is the result of a long-standing strategic reflection. The consulting market is undergoing profound change and requires players capable of combining expertise, execution capabilities and a long-term vision. We chose to join a collective project that shares our vision of consulting: demanding, human and committed. Joining Willing opens up new opportunities for our teams and our clients, while allowing us to remain a leading Lille-based player. By bringing together complementary, strongly locally anchored expertise, the Group equips itself to support larger-scale transformation projects, while maintaining a streamlined, clear and proximity-driven organization.”

Christophe Parier and Alexandre Masson, Managing Partners at Activa, concluded:
“In a market where clients expect partners capable of combining vision, execution and measurable results, Willing is pursuing a selective and consistent consolidation strategy. This acquisition fully aligns with this momentum and illustrates Willing’s ability to execute its growth strategy in support of its clients and its long-term vision.”
